I was observing myself today. Oh, such a self conscious person am I.

So, while I was waiting at a stop I first sniffed. This I may not consider so bad, as it is cold outside and i recently got inside the car. But it was a dry sniff that was almost unnecessary. Hmm

But then, while looking at the traffic light i nodded my head, approving a thought that just passed my mind. Now this i find a bit disturbing. Am i getting old?

You’ll see that as time goes by we tend to externalize all of our thoughts to the point that others can almost read our minds, if we’re not also moving the lips, that is. Scary.
